Just want to wish Nick Saban happy trails. Regardless of how us Tiger fans talk about him, there’s nothing but respect from me. Absolutely the best to ever do it. Good luck in your retirement, Coach.

He built LSU and Bama! TGOAT

He proved his greatness by taking a LSU program out of the dark ages and setting a course for it's future that LSU still benefits from today.
Best wishes in retirement!
I might shed a little tear.
We all want to get out of the rat race sooner or later while still healthy. He's at an age where he should smell the roses and do whatever he wants while healthy. None of us live forever!

I will forever be grateful for him awakening the sleeping giant that was LSU

If he returns to be honored at lsu without crimson on he'd probably get the longest standing ovation ever.

He is 100% on the coaching Mount Rushmore and can make a case for the Goat.
Hope he has a happy retirement!

It’s unfortunate he was our biggest adversary, but you have to admire what he accomplished.

He is the GOAT no doubt about it. I think the reaction says all you need to know. The college football world rejoices....
Mad respect though

Glad now we can truly appreciate and honor him since he doesn’t coach the sister humpers

He was the coach all four years I was at school there. Will always respect him and think of what he could have built at LSU if he hadn't tried the pros.
Got to see two SEC titles and one natty from him, always grateful.

Screw that

Despite being tortured by him for the last decade and a half, he restored LSU football and got us rolling again.
I was a student in 2003 and I will never forget how magical that season felt. Even during the darkest hours of losing to him, I never stopeped appreciating that.
Thanks Coach Saban, and happy retirement.

I never had any animosity towards him. He had to try the NFL.
