Kiffin just brought Ole Miss its first 11-win season ever, and he did it without much NFL talent on the roster. So, no, he's not overrated.

I don’t think he is overrated. His stint at UT and USC wasn’t great but I think it was mostly him being a young HC and learning

Kiff is perfect for Ole Miss, IMO

It’s just LSU fans trying to talk up their guy because Kiffin has the nation talking. They’re still insecure about Kelly. With the expanded and tougher SEC there will be some coaches who were thought of as elite or good who will be exposed.

We get it, he coached at your beloved Bama so you’re defending him but he’s just “ok” as a HC.

What makes you think Lane would want LSU? I don't even think Lane wants the Bama job. Lane is building Ole Miss into a national power. And, that's something I don't think Saban and certainly not Kelly could do.
