It’s natural and normal to question unorthodox actions. Like pitch selection, lineups, high leverage pitcher selection. That’s just baseball talk. No coach or player is infallible. We should keep in mind that Jay and yeskie will make decisions in the season with the anticipation that it reaps benefits in Omaha. So perhaps we should aspire to not make sweeping conclusions about the coaches, players, and end of season results before that time comes.
I just listed that because a poster not too long ago stated that there will have to be some tough conversations with Kim if they lose.
We need a coaching list that fans are most out for blood on.
1st by a mile McMahon
2nd Torina
3rd yeskie (mid conference play)
4th Blake baker
5th Josh Jordan after the 2nd bad send
6th Kim mulkey if she loses to South Carolina again
Not to start a war here, but other sports get a similar level of support for similar results. Call it mediocre if you want. Such as the will wade basketball era. Lots of excitement and fan engagement. Similar results. Teams just have to not be bad
Best not to challenge people’s mental diarrhea. Just out here looking for attention.

I don’t think it makes sense for Wade. But Tate and especially Woodward being home makes it a lot more possible. I’ll certainly admit that

I don’t think it changes your point any, but McMahons salary for the remaining 3 years would be 9.3 million, making his buyout a little under 7.5 million or about 2.5 million a year.
I missed the base salary and only counted the supplemental compensation before, which is why I point it out.
I don’t know about conspiracy. I would assume the distribution between the men’s and women’s basketball teams is the difference you see. But I don’t have the numbers in front of me.
Title thread says LSU men’s basketball operates at a profit despite being bad with little attendance. And your idea is to shut it down?
Yes. He would be owed 80% of his remaining salary. Paid out over the course of the remaining years of his contract. About 7.5 million
5 million until April, then it’s 3 million. His current salary is 2.5 million. Next years salary will be closer to 2.7 million. I would expect the next coach at LSU’s salary to be 2.5-3 million range unless it’s a well established head coach.

In the seats. Yes, they are fair weather, but they will come if you play important games
The coach doesn’t need pressure. He knows their W/L record. The pressure gets put on the administration to fire him, which I would assume will occur after the season.
Well…it probably can’t get much worse
