If they do boycott, they should be sued by all those involved.

Yet another reason why the Bowl "System" is in its death throes, and good riddance.

“Take the tin-foil hats off. Nothing insidious,” Sonnone posted on X/Twitter. “The Orange Bowl has a VIP event each year, and part of it is a press conference. The scheduled time, during a hectic time of year on the trail, wasn’t conducive to either school’s head coach…and my understanding is the OB just passed on the PC portion of the event. Both programs are going to have representatives at the event in place of the coaches.” LINK

If they refuse then just move everyone up a bowl game and find another team for the lowest ranked bowl. Which would be a 5-7 team based on APR. I.e MSU

I'm pretty sure that FSU wouldn't want to get shut out of all that conference TV money they'll forfeit if they don't show up!

Win, win for FSU. They don’t get their butts kicked and they get to pretend it’s out of principle.

Fsu should boycott. Uga playing 1s vs 2s would probably be a more compelling matchup.

This will become more evident after Nick sabans farewell tour.

If they don't play, I don't want to hear them bitch.

If they play and win, then they can bitch and try to make a claim for a NC.

If they play and lose, they can stfu.

I think they know Georgia will push their shite in and confirm the correct 4 teams are in the playoffs.
