They have 30 days and most transfers haven’t committed yet. Just chill

The 4 playoff teams likely wont shed many til they play again. Just ones deep on the chart. We also have a big class committed and grabbing guys in their same position likely has affects. Plus there is managing the NIL aspect

So not one transfer coming to UGA? How is that possible?
UGA has one top 10 transfer coming in.
Look at the guys we've brought in. They're mostly either former 5* recruits or they're all-conference/all-American performers. Why do you think that is?
Almost all of the players who enter the portal are worse than the guys we have sitting on the bench waiting their turn or transferring out to maximize their own opportunity.
Great example: Nyland Green is the 4th ranked transfer on the board, and he'd have a hard time ever starting at Georgia. You don't bring in a worse player to fill that hole when you can recruit higher ceiling young guys who'll be raised in your culture.

The only 2 guys I'm really hoping for are the Overton and Nolen from A&M. Not sure if anyone else would much of a difference maker.
I'd love to have seen an elite corner, but I guess we'll have to wait until the next window and see what happens.

We have an elite corner coming in from high school. That’s probably why. I want ETN to be a rental for a year

Yep. Everette, believe it or not, will probably get a little better over the course of more experience, weight lifting, and practice. Julio Humphrey looked ready before the clavicle break. AJ Harris should see PT. And of course Ellis Robinson coming in.
I second the ETN sentiment. Would love to have him or even Rocket Sanders for a season while the young guys get their feet wet.

Safety/star and running back are the two positions where we're looking really light right now for next season imo.

Randomly at like midnight, Yazeed Haynes entered the portal.

RB we have talent but they will be young. I’m not too worried if we don’t add there.
STAR will likely be Aguero. He is built for that role. Behind him I’m not sure but I think Chris Peal or Justyn Rhett also took reps there, at least in camp/practice.

Woah. That’s unexpected.

Fran Brown heavily recruited him in HS….thinking Syracuse is his destination where he will be a starter day 1

I keep forgetting about Fran Brown. This probably isn’t the last guy he moves. Zeed was the Freshman that progressed the most. Best of luck to him.

This is probably just me being optimistic, maybe that means we have MRJS coming back and Dom and RaRa have already told the staff they are returning.

I have a feeling, we are in a new world with transfer portal + NIL, where anyone can do anything and it means nothing about what others are doing. This situation has created a selfish, BS way of college football. There is no penalty to enter portal and to see if you can get some love and more NIL $$. The loyalty to programs and schools is going bye bye. Its the wild fricking west. At least in the NFL there are contracts, rules, regulations, etc

I’m not so sure about Rosemy-Jacksaint. Obviously we would all welcome his return though. He would be using his COVID year.
Zeed played the Z position in his limited snaps.
Dominic and RaRa are likely to return. They will be the feature guys at WR (along with Bell hopefully).

Nyland Green is considered the 4th best player in the portal? Based on what? Because he didn’t make an impact at all at UGA.

Ja Corey Brooks entered the portal from Alabama as a WR I thought he was a really good player but too many unknowns in our WR room
