SEC Rant trying to justify FSU in the CFP.

I am always hearing “next man up!” when there is an injury, but I guess the committee and people like you don’t believe in that.

It’s not really difficult to justify putting an undefeated P5 team in the CFP.

It much more difficult to justify “but the QB is hurt” and “who’s looked better recently”. Especially when Bama should have lost 2 weeks ago.

Bama fans trying to justify having no case to jump FSU has been just as fun. The best part is that now it's just not rant and the rest of the sec that sees the Bama bias. It's all over the media.

Alabama was the better team.

Florida State was the more deserving team.

Both had a legitimate argument as to why they should be in.

I don’t necessarily mind FSU not getting in but I don’t like the stated reasoning. If the goal is the “best 4” Bama absolutely belongs.

But then so does UGA imo.

FSU went undefeated, including beating two SEC schools out of conference.

Bama didn’t go undefeated, and has looked pretty shitty a lot of the year.

There’s zero argument for Bama (or Texas, to be clear) over FSU. Just bring back the BCS rankings and put the committee out to pasture where it belongs.

This is literally bama fans trying to justify being in. Everyone knows FSU got INCREDIBLY robbed. It’s a complete travesty and a joke. shite like that makes the sport suck.

There’s nothing to justify when you do everything right. Florida State won every game playing in a P5 conference (a conference that smoked the SEC in head to head matchups this season), why should they have the burden of proof? You justify things when you lose. Why doesn’t Bama have to justify losing by 10 at home to another 1-loss playoff team?
