When he got to Arkansas they were a doormat and he instantly made them competitive. But now a few years later they're back to being a doormat again. What gives?

He's rich, bitch.
Man got paid.

It’s almost as if having a position coach with a revolving door of coordinators isn’t always sustainable.

Briles and Odom left

He’s just not a good head coach. There’s nothing more than that, really. Kirby will bring him in as soon as Arkansas fires him.

Treylon Burks went pro and he let Briles go to TCU because he got his feelings hurt.

Spent money on assistants instead of HC. Hired assistants to fit personnel. Then sam got a big raise and thought he could make us uga lite. Hired wrong coaches.

He is an OL coach.

Odom and Briles propped up Pittman immensely. Once he was left to his own devices, he catered the program.
He's a total dumbass with in game decisions and apparently he let his assistants do whatever the hell they wanted. Once he hired shite coordinators, it was over.

Odom was basically co-head coach.

In an another thread one person said from this post "re: Pittman has lost his teamPosted on 11/24/23 at 4:41 pm to LSUlefty"
"To be fair, his cardiologist told him he needs to take it easy at work for awhile"

Arkansas is a coaching grave yard. It ends careers.

He got his feelings hurt on social media for people picking on him for having enormous titties.

Look at the end of the Coach O era and there is your answer

I think a lot of it has to do with losing Odom's experience as HC himself, I think Pittman heavily leaned on his guidance at times
Then losing Briles to TCU really was the nail in the coffin. Pittman thought he could replace him with just about anyone as long as he had an experienced QB to lean on, and that failed miserably. He took the first option that he could land in Enos, despite the fact that his scheme wasn't a fit and Enos' offenses have been mediocre for years. He went with the guy he had worked with before instead of a legitimate search
That being said, Pittman also hasn't figured out how to motivate his team and get his players to play over their heads, and that is basically a requirement somewhere like Arkansas. His teams are flat, unmotivated, sloppy, and have no pride or extra effort. And it's mostly at home, which is the real problem.

Nutt coached again. Petrino coached again. Bert coached again. Even Chad coached again after Arkansas. Dumbass.

This is all a huge misunderstanding. MANY of those social media opinions were admiring compliments.
