does it remind you weekly that your football program exists solely to destroy good players?

I can't think of anything that highlights the destructive nature of the thing that is auburn football than the success of Bo Nix.

I remember auburn fans trying to blame the hideous product that has become auburn football on the play of Bo Nix, back when he was foolish enough to actually put on an auburn uniform. When, in point of fact, Nix was the only reason you stayed in any game for any length of time.

Fortunately, he was able to escape the black hole of plainsman football to show everyone that auburn was/is the problem. Bo Nix is a Heisman level player that was held back by the program that celebrates rare victories by decorating trees with what the rest of America wipes its @ss with.

I'm happy for him. And happy that his success exposes auburn.

Now go out and have a better day.

It really is amazing how good Bo Nix has turned out to be now that he has managed to get out of that radioactive landfill that is Auburn

No. Good for Bo. We could have Prime Tom Brady and still only have one less win than LSU.

I am a diehard Auburn fan, and I am happy for Bo Nix. But I have the feeling that disappoints you.

What frustrated Auburn fans was Bo was “Jekyll & Hyde”. So much so, he was known as “Road game Bo”. He showed flashes of greatness, but then crapped the bed with Away games. UGA, South Carolina, and UF come to mind off the top of my head.

It’s hard to judge if it was the chicken or the egg. He’s in a conference that has weaker defenses now, which tend to run up scores.

Heck, you’re a Bulldog, when he faced y’all, he looked like “Old Bo Nix”. I’m still happy for him though, without his whining, he’s a good guy.

All it took was being coached by a former Kirby Smart assistant.

Man... Kirby Smart really is the best.

I think you can eabod and choke but I’m glad he’s doing well. I said he made the best and most correct choice for his future.

I melted for a solid few months straight and attacked all the stupid arse TJ Finley/ anti-Bo fans on a daily basis when we lost Bo Nix

I am not ashamed to admit it at all.

Couple of points:

1. Many QBs do well once they transfer. Does Justin Fields give you warm fuzzies? Burrow? Etc

2. Bo has been on the field more than most all other QBs in ncaa history. He has essentially started 5 years. He's grown up and worked on fundamentals - he has earned his success but he got 5 years when most get 4.

3. Haskins

The Nix’s shouldnt have picked AU in the first place. Gus was on his way out and AU had zero talent on the o-line.

I hope he makes an NFL roster and gets paid.

I'm glad he found a place to thrive. Just like Hurts going to Oklahoma. Bo got caught up in a bad time at AU. Don't forget Malik Willis left AU for Liberty.

He would be the same old average player in the SEC.

He went against Georgia at Oregon last year and lost 49-3.

Don’t let it fool you by him playing the terrible defenses in the PAC-12.

It wasn't Nix. Auburn has been in disarray for a while now and he just happened to be there at the wrong time. He was always a great player.

I don’t know of a single AU fan that is mad at Bo. He knew what a disaster Harsin was before any of us. It probably sped up the process in firing of Harsin and us hiring a much better coach

It all worked out. Hugh got to bring in his guy Thorne. So, happy ending all around.

Bo masked a lot of deficiencies that we are showing right now, I'm glad Harsin ran him off because it ultimately helpe us get rid of that tumor.

Malzahn had quit recruiting o-linemen and recruited terrible receivers. Harsin came in and recruited almost no one of value.
