Mine is kicking them out of the National Championship Game and out of relevance for 22 years. What a thorough arse beating and changing of the guard moment.

It's incredible that this was the last time they were truly in the hunt for the natty.
I think this is one of the reasons they hate us so much.

Just realizing in 34 meeting y'all only have 10 wins to choose from

That was a good one. You didn't ask, but my favorite LSU games were the 24 out of 34 games that LSU didn't win. And please don't flatter yourself thinking we hate you so much. You're insignificant compared to our real problems of Alabama and Florida.

You don't have a lot to choose from.
And to the 2nd poster who said something along the lines of "That's why they hate us so much". I can assure you that outside of the 3 trolls on this forum, the Tennessee fanbase does not hate you IRL. Don't let the actions of a few mouth breathers on the SEC Rant online forum paint a picture for how our fanbase collectively views you IRL.

Tennessee started the series 13-1-2 from 1925-1972
I'm sure you enjoyed all those wins before you were born.

We have not forgotten that game LSU.
Not the 13 men on the field game.
40-13 was good but not nearly enough payback yet.
Would be epic if we could meet in Atlanta this year by some sort of miracle.

Some of my favorites:
-2000 broke a 9 year losing streak and our fans (myself included) rushed the field. The goalposts started coming down with well over a minute left on the clock. If social media existed this would considered one of the best rushings of all time. Hundreds of fans were on the field running behidn tim wansley as play was going on.
-2001, Hobnail Boot needs to further explanation
-2003, 41-14 in neyland. This was my first trip to Neyland and I've been to every one since. In 2002 casey clausen was injured and after losing to UGA famously said that if he was playign he could've beaten us with one arm tied behind his back. UGA was up 13-7 just before halftime when clausen fumbled and sean jones returned it 99 yards with no time on the clock to go into half 20-7. We would score 3 TDs in the 3rd to ice it
-2013. Injuries really derailed this season after we had 2 victories early over top 6 ranked foes. In the 2nd half of this game we essentilaly had a JV squad at the skill positiosn but Aaron Murray put us on his back and willed us to win anyway. Down 7 late he drove us down the field to score the tying TD with seconds left. UT would fumble in OT and we'd kick the GW FG.
-2017, the first year after UT's lucky miracle in athens the year prior. No heriocs needed this year as we would intercept a UT pass on the game's first play and go on to route them 41-0. I believe this was the biggest beatdown UT ever suffered in neyland.
Now that I look at this, it's kinda weird that most of my favorites all occured away from home.

9-9-1 since 1970.
LSU is 7-3 since 2000.
I don't really care about games from the 1930s - 1950s.

Hobnail Boot game.
The 90s sucked.
It signified an end of an era with P44Haynes.
One of the great Larry Munson calls.

See you in two weeks Mizzou.
Hopefully this year's game is a contest unlike the last two seasons in which we hung 60 plus points two years in a row on you lol
