I feel like Sears needs to play passing lanes a bit more when he can...he needs to add something on defense. Obviously playing passing lanes too often can create other problems...

Sears just gets absolutely lost going through screens. He definitely doesn't fight through any. But he almost goes underneath and constantly doesn't really pay attention
