Awwww the bama fan is sad bc we aren’t heaping praise on a bama player. Y’all really are taking this not being the center of attention really hard and I love it.

I said willing and capable, not exceptional.
...and when his receiving yards were low he was drawing double coverage to allow Ladd to get open on 3 or 4 occasions to convert critical 3rd and long situations.
Then when the game was on the line he clearly showed he was the most dominant player to touch the field yesterday for either team on either side of the ball.
I'm not sure Auburn is satisfied with how they kept Brock in check for half the game.

Probably not old enough to be your daddy, but your wife was screaming that I was her's last night.

I've spent a lot of time in South America and have one baby Che from some time I spent in Buenos Aires. Was hoping he'd be groomed to be the next Martín Gramática, but he looks more like that Duke mechanical engineer on game day kicking the ball.

a good friend did his mission in Argentina, so he came back always using that term. It's now a regular word in our group of friends

Wow, how original. Did you come up with that yourself?

No. Just call it like I see it. Bowers isn't a great blocker. That's all I said. Plus, he did only have 2 catches in 3 qtrs vs Auburn. I'm not saying he's a turd. He's the Best TE in the country. I said that, too.
Don't be so sensitive, pansy.

I think if you were to tell Auburn through 3 qtrs Bowers would have 2 catches for 9 yards, and the score would be 17-17, they wouldn't be satisfied, they'd be ecstatic.

Throw for 4,000 yards with a 7-1 TD to INT ratio.

There is no better football player in America. He should win it.

What number is he? Asking for a frie... er, secondary.

He went off in the 4th qtr, but if he were impossible to cover, why didn't he have more than 2 catches in the first 45 minutes of play? Was he just blocking during that time?
Because as good as Beck's stats look, he doesn't see the field all that well. Having watched all of UGA's games so far, I can enumerate plenty of plays were Beck just chose poorly without even seeing Bowers with two steps on the defender. He actually did provide a key block for one of UGA's TDs. His blocking has improved greatly this year. I wish UGA would stop throwing the WR screens to him because the only times those have worked is when he has been the lead blocker on them. He was also used as the bait to get Delp wide open deep in the first half when Beck once again overthrew a wide open deep receiver. Bowers would have has a TD in the first half if Beck could figure out where to throw a fade, although to be fair, Bowers has also made difficult catches like that in the past.
I don't think UGA will ever have anyone really capable of winning the Heisman again because Smart and company realized it is far easier to win championships when the team isn't dependent on 1-2 players....as they are, you know, occasionally hurt.
