4 consecutive nights against the most physical conference teams with the best coaching. I’d say the SEC tourney is tougher, more taxing.

Beginning to see Drink making progress in B1G-leaning states. That will be important to supplement the Texas/Missouri high school recruiting pool MU has, historically relied upon.
of College football. For a guy with absolutely no influence on the landscape, he sure has a “larger than necessary” microphone.
I must be the reason the Purple Tigers are beginning to play
MU field site sits on a limestone bluff. Try pushing that around with an end-loader.
Some research reading for you. The bus to the chaos was parked in Austin.

It’s a troll. Ut fan base understands precisely what started the chaos. They will start, immediately, to attempt to leverage power in the SEC.
Should have inserted “conference games”

Iowa / Neb game is almost painful to watch

How Iowa has won 6 games is mystifying.
A&M (or any program’s) “underutilized” players are going to have to reconcile between the lack of portability of those deals they signed with their desire to end up in a better situation. Will be interesting.

31st is pretty darned good.. But, the guy in the #1 slot is also having a Season

What I didn’t see in your post were:
1. Fairly and consistently regulate, and
2. At a cost to member institutions far less than the $1 B they currently collect from the March Madness tourney
P5 schools certainly don’t want them and there simply isn’t enough financial support from the lower university divisions to sustain them. Emmert and crew are likely standing in quicksand.
My prediction. More people on Manhattan Beach than in the stands at The Rose Bowl.
We’re good to go with “The Thicker Kicker”— Harrison Mevis
All for her. She’s been on the scene for more than two decades.

In all honesty, Sterk, while being a good guy, wasn’t going to advance the ball from here.
Can I have “NFW” for $800, Alex?

re: How does Arkansas and Missouri feel?

1. Does not matter how any one program feels. Train leaving the station.

2. Grudges from 10 years ago are irrelevant in this sports dynamic

3. Does it help stabilize the league future going fwd? IMO, yes

3. Can it be leveraged to help my team recruit better players? IMO, yes

4. Bottom line favorable economics for everyone. IMO, better

5. Does it create imbalance on the field? No! The best teams in the country already play in the SEC. No one is afraid of either of these programs. The competitive stress of the revised schedules falls much more on them. There are no Kansas weekends..
