So those of us with Spectrum are screwed.
I'm going in Tuesday and dumping them...just gonna keep them for internet. I don't know how I'll watch the game. Probably go up to Murfreesboro somewhere, which is Comcast territory.
And yeah...frick Disney.

It’s 2023, time to stream bub
I know fiber isn’t everywhere yet, but if you have that option, do it and just stream everything. You’ll never look back.

I’ve been streaming for over 5 years without access to fiber and it’s been great, significantly better than cable or satellite.

I went with Fubo. Works great. Got the ESPN channels and Bally for the Braves along with the local channels and plenty of others. Downloaded the app on my TV and devices. Dumping Spectrum on Tuesday.

Yea that is what I did. But I hate the interface takes me three button pushes to bring up the grid. And I have yet to figure out the recording menu or how to delete recordings.
Will say the picture quality is really good.

I watch YouTube TV on ATT Uverse internet. I only get 25MPS, but it's enough to stream without any real problems

I got at&t uverse, it's supposed to be 100 Mbps but really only runs at 50 to 60 when you check. Anyway it streams YouTube TV and my kids video games with limited problems.

I may be wrong but even with their internet and something like YT tv you may have probs. Friends dad said his fire stick didn’t work because it recognized he was on charter internet.

T-Mobile broadband worth a shot until fiber available. Quick and easy free trial. No wires except power cord. Dad gets 150/250 speeds consistently

Cut the chord dude . . .
Only way to go - cable has gone the way of the home phone.

I thought ABC was carrying it.

Y'all do know there are other options as good as fiber right? Cable internet is just as fast but it does cost a premium.

My shitty cable company (ATT) dropped our ABC affiliate.

I have Spectrum internet and YouTube TV. I experienced no issues with any games over the weekend.

I used YouTube TV this weekend on a trial and it was flawless. I'm going to just go to paying for Spectrum internet and use YTTV.

Been on YouTubeTV the last 3 years and love it. I start my service week 1 and cut it off after March Madness ends.
I cut the cord about 8 years ago and I’ve tried most of the streaming services. Hulu, Sling, Direct Now (or whatever DirecTV called their service), YouTube TV. I would switch each year to try them out and they usually offer some kind of incentive like a free streaming device or a gift card if you prepay for 3 months.
Of all I’ve tried YouTubeTV is the best IMO. I use google gig internet and never have problems. I also use an over the air antenna for the network games but you can’t pause those to sync it to the radio broadcast so I usually stream.

Fiber better. Just as fast isn’t everything.

Go to Youtube, search for "Alabama football live". The espn feed will be on there, completely free.
Also, if you do that same search hours before the game starts, you will have live feeds from inside the Stadium of pregame events.
