Recommendations for GOAT football games (all Power 5) last 20 years?

Been watching truncated games on Youtube to pass these doldrums of summer

Yesterday watched 2010 Alabama vs Auburn "The Camback". Didn't realize McElroy went down with an injury late that game. Also LMFAO at how Alabama gave that game away. Trent Richardson drops an easy TD. Quintorris Lopez "Julio" Jones had a career day and was for nothing.

Any recommendations of quality (regular) season games the past 20 or so years?

Are you looking for evenly matched teams?

High scoring offenses?

What matters more in your GOAT search?

Drama mostly. Even though the games already have happened the unscripted drama at the time still is good television.

High ranked, high leverage (playoff, BCS, conference) implications. Mostly if the game may have been missed because I was tuning into MY team at the time, tailgating, and missed the game save ESPN highlights.

Anything and everything - throw anything you got

I always thought the 2012 SEC Championship game and the Kick Six were exceptional football games.

2022 Bama at LSU was pretty damn good too.

2013 LSU at Ole Miss had a bunch of big momentum swings.

2001 Tennessee/Florida is as good of a regular season SEC game as I have ever watched.

For example - South Carolina @ Florida 2006 "Cock Block"

A close game, storyline of Spurrier's first return to Gainesville as an opposing coach, and a block that saved Florida's championship season

Games that are etched in someone's memory for eternity, maybe not my own because I have no skin in their game, but a game that will either haunt or honor a fanbase for the rest of their lives.

Ohio State 42-Alabama 35 Jan 1, 2015.

All the experts were going with Alabama. They believed there was no way a 3rd string quarterback could beat the tide.

I vaguely remember this one from high school - I think at the time it was dubbed the "Tiger Bowl"

Just for UGA that I can think of, that an impartial person may want to view:

'12 SECCG
'13 LSU
'13 AU
'17 Oklahoma
'22 Ohio State

-Mark Barron was injured and let an easy INT through his hands for a key completion.
-Mark Ingram who had incredible ball control in college fumbled the ball at about the 10YL that ran perfectly down the boundary to create a fumble out of the end zone turnover

I could go on, that Auburn team was a team of destiny for a lack of a better term.

Those Saban vs Tuberville matchups were peak SEC.

I think as much fun as it can be to see the points teams put up in the current era that was a better brand of football.

Punter was ESPN’s Ags player of the game IIRC. Set all kind of school records that night.

There are some good editions of Red River games against OU in the past that are fun to re-watch:

2021
2020
2018
2017
2008
2007
2002 (slightly beyond the timeframe)

Other entertaining Texas games (win or lose) that I can think of off the top of my head:

Alabama 2022
Texas Tech 2020
LSU 2019
West Virginia 2018
USC 2017
Baylor 2016
West Virginia 2012
OK State 2008
Texas Tech 2008
OK State 2007
Texas Tech 2006

they easily could've lost 5 games WITH cam, replace him with a backup and they're probably barely .500. Team of destiny is right. And in typical AU fashion it came crashing down immediately afterwards and they're not likely to replicate that high again for another 50+ years
