I remember hearing something similar right before you got your arse kicked. Y'all blamed it on "half your team sitting out" but in reality it was one player in the secondary. Hold onto that L for us for another year

Half of Georgias starters didnt play. Everyone was angry that the playoff committee overlooked Georgia and fans who normally travel in mass stayed home. And NFL bound players and a few others who were nursing injuries but who might have normally toughed it out chose to sit this game out.
Georgia belonged in the playoffs not some meaningless bowl. Those players and fans who did make the trip were less than enthusiastic and it showed. I was tempted to stay home but went anyway. I can’t recall a less enthused crowd or less motivated team and I’ve been going to UGA games for over 50 years. Looking back we should have reacted differently but the anger at that time was palpable
