Yeah you won't be hearing from him again because that so-called proof doesn't exist that's why they throw baseless accusations our way because it's all they have

Inviting Texas to your conference is like marrying a whore and expecting her to remain faithful.

You guys have to be sub 25 years old. Why don’t y’all go back and see who the head of NCAA enforcement was back in those days and see if you notice anything.
Y’all sure struggle with facts.

An interesting observation is that conferences with too much power concentrated in one state have been doomed to fail.
SWC: 7 Texas schools
Big 12: 4 Texas schools
PAC: 4 California schools
ACC: 4 North Carolina schools
All have either already died or will become dead men walking within the next decade or so.
The two strongest conferences, SEC/B1G avoided this concentration of power, having no more than 2 schools per state. Though the SEC did have 3 Tennessee schools when Sewanee was in the SEC.

Congrats on finally beating that tough arse team.

I didn’t know we were paying $175,000 to visiting teams yet got nothing when we played at their place. Damn we got jerked around worse than I remember.

Sherrill: I remember sitting in the meeting when Arkansas was going to the Orange Bowl to play Oklahoma and they asked for half a million dollars more in part of the pot for traveling expansion and other things. And you had TCU, SMU, Rice were not willing to give them the extra expense. I raised my hand and said, "Hey, if one team goes to the Orange Bowl or any big bowl like that, that brings prestige to the whole conference." Reluctantly the schools passed the request, but there were votes against.
Another one that really bugged the hogs: visiting teams were guaranteed $175,000 per game. Arkansas enthusiastic fans would fill up opposing stadiums and the Razorbacks would not earn a penny more.
Bo Carter, SWC director of media relations, 1986-1995: Rice came to Arkansas and brought 400 fans. They still got $175,000.

As for the people that say we will suck once we join the SEC.. why does that make sense do you when looking at these numbers?
Because you've sucked in the Big 12 for the past 12 years.

LSU sucked through the 80s and 90s. Then they didn't. What happened?

Two words…..Nick Saban.

And it only took 5 hires starting in 1980 to get to Nick. Point being, eventually you'll get lucky and things change quickly. Us sucking in the Big 12 really doesn't prove anything except that Charlie Strong and Tom Herman sucked. Maybe Sark sucks too, but it's too early to tell.

will... lol they already have as we've spanked that arse repeatedly even when we were dealing with the dark ages of hog football. lol
Texas is a bunch of overrated chumps that will fall hard starting in 2024. I predict they win the big fail this year and come into 2024 ranked top three only to go 4-4 in conference leading to a liberty bowl championship, which will lead to a top 5 ranking in 2025, rinse and repeat.

Texas is competing to be the biggest little brother in the SEC along side ATM, Mizzou, and a handful of others. Not too worried

As a kid, beating Texas felt like blowing up the Death Star. I’ll always hate the longhorns.

Yep, it was David vs Goliath. Not so much now.

Y’all are delusional if you think Texas is going to just come into the most powerful conference in the country by far and run shite.
Texas is going to be throwing a hissy fit like an 8 yr old girl come 2024 and after when the big dogs won’t let them have their way
