How do you feel about your school's facilities?

The facility 'arm's race' is neverending, with schools spending tons of money to have the biggest and nicest weightrooms, stadiums, etc.
So, how do you feel about your team's facilities? Are they on par or nicer than the others in the SEC or whatever conference you're in? Are they lacking, and if so, what do they need to add or improve? I recently read an article ranking facilities and just wanted this forum's views on the matter. How does yours stack up?

Now that we switched back to Coke instead of Pepsi, I have no complaints

On a serious note, how does Arky's facilities match up with the other SEC schools?

There are tiers.... Big 6 & A&M are comparative

And then there is everyone else, Although Ole Miss has improved a lot. Vandy is still pretty meh as is Missouri.

Uh, why would someone downvote this post? Just curious, I said nothing derogatory or insulting about any school or fanbase, and said nothing to uplift or brag on my school and simply asked a benevolent question about the reader's own school. What is so bad about that, that it would deserve a downvote?

Our baseball facilities are unmatched
Football is middle of SEC but much better than most would think for us
Basketball is not good but is getting a big upgrade soon apparently

I've heard of the Holliman Center...if I'm spelling that right. It's a good-looking weightroom to my non-expert eyes. Is that for football, baseball or both?

Our facilities are great. Football and baseball recently upgraded.

Bud Walton could use a fix up, which is in the works.

Indoor and outdoor track are best in the nation. Our outdoor track is actually over the top nice.

Really, if you go look at all of our sports, even outside the big three, you’d be amazed at how much money we’ve spent on facilities.

I think our football facilities are being improved upon already, but the ones we do have are very nice.

What we currently have:

What we are going to have with a $200 Million renewal:

Is my memory failing me or wasn't the Aggies' fitness center called the McClaren Center at one time? That big building in the picture says Donor center, is that a new one or just renamed?

I’ve always thought we have top notch facilities. I get the allure of playing football in front of 20-30k more fans than what Arkansas’ capacity handles so that would be a slight knock if there is one. Track facilities are over the top nice but it’s track, nobody really cares. Really baseball and softball too. Hogs golf team also has access, as their home course, to what I would guess to be highly favorable to other schools. BWA is one of the more fascinating basketball facilities I’ve visited. We got the cool kid stuff but without the cool results, in football at least.

Respectfully. Attending away games will answer your question.

Duly noted...so, how does Auburn's facilities match up? I've never been there.

Good memory, but it's slightly off. The McFerrin Athletic Center was the name of the indoor football facility that got torn down recently. Its also used in the name of the indoor basketball facility (Cox-McFerrin Center)

Here is what is replacing those airport hanger looking tents.

That footprint will now be a new indoor football facility as well as more room for practice fields and an athletic academic and wellness center. The Indoor Track is moving a few blocks over.

To answer the OP, A&M is near the top in the country across the board in football. Stadium, locker rooms, practice fields, meeting rooms, other resources, a tv studio, a barber shop, lounges, recovery, & we even have TVs in the mirrors of the bathrooms.

Football is decent. Has improved a lot since we joined the SEC. Stadium is still lower half of the conference, but the training facilities are elite.

Basketball is very good.

Baseball is very poor compared to most of the SEC.

Yeah, from what I've seen and read, TAM has definitely got some great facilities. The weightroom looks good from what I've seen.

I feel we waste to much money on facilities. Would be cooler it they used all this money to make education cheaper

Our higher education system is a joke and needs to fail.

It will be interesting to see if NIL slows the arms race in facilities. I think it likely will.
