Flagrant 2 - weakest call I’ve ever seen. He ran in front of him and used his elbow to block him. Same dude used a stiff arm to his throat the play before. Both were basketball moves, running screen. Ref witnessed both. Throwing a kid out of a game should require more than that weak arse shite. It killed the team chemistry. Then refs called a bunch touch fouls. CBM was arguably #2 best player on team. They got him….didn’t they…still pisses me off. He didn’t hurt the kid as he flopped. Faking the whole thing. Anyone saying that deserved an ejection is fragile as hell. Sure we still should have won but they were going to keep it close no matter what it took. Go up 10, here come the phantom calls. We lost a close one but without biased officiating that games a blow out.

Hoke saying the same. Sounds like Bruce is selling him on getting to play the 4 some next year, which would be interesting. If we added another big that has a 3 or even a jump shot in their arsenal then I’m all for it. That would allow us to easily get some mismatches.

Rumors of Broome returning on Twitter but who knows?

Selling him on being the Guy hands down, and getting better guards to help out.

I think KD/Aden are gone and we upgrade the 1&2.

The NIL deal with Broome will be the biggest Auburn has handed out since the collective was formed. I expect we’ll get an answer in the next 1-2 weeks.

To the surprise of no one, none of the Yale-AU officials are advancing to the sweet 16.

They were noticeably shitty and inconsistent in the AL-GCU game also.
Terrible, terrible crew. Should never call another tourney game anywhere.

If he returns then we are truly paying the bucks. Didn't even think this was possible

Aden leaving would suck.

Unless he comes back very different physically next season, I don’t see him being much of a factor. It’s a year to year game, now.

Physically I think he is fine. Mentally he wasnt ready. He just has a learning curve.

If we can give KD multiple mulligans we can give our 5 star another run.

Something tells me keeping KD around is a lot cheaper than Aden, even if he is willing to stay.

Seems like a better option than what seems available in the portal. Right?

I really think Aden is more of a #2 and I think he’d be a more effective shooter at that position but I’m not sure he’s got the size or defensive skills to play that spot. I think they’ll fix his shot, and him coming off screens would be dangerous. I hope he doesn’t leave but I spent be surprised if he did.

An all-american returning is certainly better than anything in the portal. I just don't see it happening.

You can't lose to Yale. No matter who was hurt or out or ejected. SDSU beat them by 30

To yall guys who know basketball inside/out..

•How would we have compared to SDst? Would it have been a close game?

•Would we stand a chance against UConn?

For metrics, let’s say we play decent games like we did in the SEC tourney?

For sure. I guess I’m surprised to hear the chatter he “might” stay- I figured he was gone. That said- I do think he can increase his stock if he stays- but either way he’ll make the league.

I can’t find anything by search. Can you post the tweets?

Aden is getting more NIL money than anyone else potentially returning. If we’re keeping him around we’re going to be another first weekend exit team unless he drastically improves.
