The fouls come from always being out of position over pursuing not playing smart. We make up for it with effort and intensity but still foul a shite ton from not being disciplined

No it wasn't. The same issues that have plagued this team numerous times throughout the season season reared their head tonight. No guard penetration, too many fouls, inconsistent FT shooting, low IQ basketball, CBM being a clown, our guys being soft af when it gets tight right down to Broome laying on the ground at the end faking injury. So it seems. That was an epic choke. Missed free throws, bad fouls, missed shots and bad refs combined. Auburn should have been able to beat Yale, but the team didn't have it in the clutch.

Good Lord I wish we had this much basketball discussion and expertise on each game.
Ref’s 1 Auburn 0. It wasn’t just a collection of fouls it was any 50/50 play. It was a complete shite show of officiating. We didn’t shoot the 3 well. Other than that we were playing pretty decent.

Other than the stupid turnovers and KD nonsense, the difference was officiating, It took us out of the way we play defense and they let Yale beat Broomes arse all damn day, Looked like,he went 10 rounds with Ali at the end. This wat the committee gets a UCONN SdSU rematch next week.

Yet when Auburn could have at least gone to OT, our 80% free throw shooter missed two shots and there were something like 5 chances on the final rebound to make a shot. That was a serious choke.
Some teams just don't have it in the clutch.

Worst loss in Auburn history as far as I’m concerned and yes the refs were a huge part of it. frick those mother frickers.
