Always wondered how many recruits they lose because of the whistler. No way I’d want to play in front of that every game.

I personally know one baseball recruit who backed off Vandy at his mother's urging. She attended on VU game and left with a splitting headache.

LSU's transfer pitcher from Vandy was asked about the whistler in a pre season interview. He frowned, ducked his head, and finally said "no comment". The interviewer tried again to get a reply & Little just kept shaking his head.
