I assure you that when the committee that awards the award for top OL met, nobody in the room said "OK, let's discuss Auburn's line now"

What’s even the point of this argument?

I file it under the normal 75% of this thread which is “nobody cares, waste of bandwidth, same-old-shitshow and dumbassery” YMMV

It’s also been a 9 year process for Michigan and Harbaugh… many of their fans wanted him gone way before this current run.

Point is it can take time… and no one wants to hear it, but patience can be rewarded.

That’s still Top 2 in the B1G and Ryan Day sucks.

Granted Jim has some good coaches on his staff.

Exactly, and he is much more strange than Freeze. Many questioned his sanity and ability to build a successful program.

I wonder why that is? He built a great program at Stanford. I always assumed he would get it done at Michigan.

Because he wasn’t doing it at Michigan.

He built up enough equity with Stanford/49ers which bought him enough time to survive it though.

The fans of all schools are impatient, luckily for the fans the Michigan AD, Boosters, and president stayed on course.

Us fans do not always know what is best for our program believe it or not.

Also, a good explanation of why.

Well then all we need is a portal QB
This thread is already derailed so... where does the portal QB status stand?

Looks like Cam Ward declared for the draft and Kaidon Salter is going back to Liberty. Leaves us in a tough spot in terms of QB next year.

I meant more the fans ready to fire him so quickly. They saw what he built at Stanford, and should have been more patient. I’m hoping our fans will be with Freeze

So we are looking at Washington for OL and Michigan for DL, and we are looking at Harbaugh and some of his assts as coaches....

This thread doesnt get derailed, it takes detours through the Congo, Dariens Gap, and every blue moon circles back to recruiting

I've just about talked myself into riding with Walker next year and letting him take his lumps and continue the build to 25.
