Yes, because they have a good QB. Not the “best” oline. Penix getting pressured and they can’t run the ball. Just like all season.

So with our OL we are a portal QB away from a title?

It wouldn’t hurt to have Washington’s OC. But I’m sure Penix would like a top 25 rushing offense Oline right about now instead of the 97th.

Edit: they’re now the 100th.

Their RB1 has 1200 yards and 16TDs.

They’re an effective running team but they are a pass first team. The 97th ranked running game is very misleading.

Dude give it up. You know absolutely nothing about football. You just think you do which makes it much worse.

Washington coming into the game had given up 11 sacks on the season.

Speaking of knowing nothing about football, you haven’t watched the past 2 Washington games and seen Penix gets rid of the ball and doesn’t take sacks. Dude has been under constant pressure.

I have watched plenty of Washington games. You’re just ignorant.

Washington runs an air raid based offense of course they aren’t going to be in the top 25 in rushing yards per game or on the season. Yes if you throw it 40-50 times a game the QB is gonna get hit. And some of that is part of the air raid. Leak a blocker out in coverage for a short pass leaving someone unblocked. Sorta like a zone read leave someone unblocked nd read that player. The unblocked player is going to hit someone sometimes that’s the QB. So stop being dumb and learn something

Ok, let’s get your opinion. Do you think Washington is the best oline in the country like Corch says?

I never said Washington had the best OL in the country they are definitely top 5. And a group of experts in OL play voted them the best OL in the country. I will default to the experts.

They gave up one sack but their qb can barely walk off the field. That right tackle was garbage. Their left guard also got put on his arse multiple times. Best line my arse.

O'line is an extremely difficult position to play.. it's even harder to assess, guage & measure on an individual level.. prolly the best overall indicator of the whole "offensive line" is #of starts (a veteran line) and even then, there's no guarantees. jus my opinion.

Per experts.

They got beat tonight still doesn’t mean they aren’t a great offensive line. Michigan has done they to every OL

Well then all we need is a portal QB to win the SEC and make the Championship game

Light years better? You’re right, I don’t believe that for a second. I don’t think Washington’s oline would’ve faired much better if at all against the UGA and Bama’s of the world, etc.
