I actually don’t like that. KR maybe but not punt return. As explosively speedy as Arian is, he’s nothing special as far as I’ve seen when it comes to short area quickness. I’d actually like to see him stay healthy and perfect routes other than a go route.

This! I'm really hoping Arian can stay healthy and really grow as a WR and become the deep threat that it appears he can be.

I’m convinced if healthy, Arian is our best WR. Something tells me he’s gonna have a big 2023 season.

I mean… I’d argue he was healthy during some important games for us

No doubt. Sick fricking catches at that. I’m generally upset for losing him. I know we have plenty and played the ENTIRE year without him, but it’s the moments I’ll miss most. Wish AD well.

I think with Big 0 leaving we'd rely more on the outside receivers and run more single tight end packages. I think AD could have easily had a 1k yard season in 23.
Sad to see him go, could have been the best boundary receiver in the SEC if he was healthy next year.

I think he's going to have a monster year. He has size, hands, and blocks downfield. I'm really glad he's sticking around.

For the most part, the ones that leave typically aren’t truly the ones you want.

Seems like a good talent. Hope imports don’t hurt the receiver room vibe.

That timing between QB and Receivers takes a bit. Most concerning part about is not knowing our QB1.

At the end of the day, having great contributors like Burton and Mitchell portal out for more playing time elsewhere is part of the ticket we pay for being where we are as a program, now.

McKonkey
Jacksaint
Lovett
Thomas
A. Smith
Bell
Meeks
Morrissette
C. Smith
Speer
Williams
Haynes
Evans

Plus, of course, Powers, Delp, probably even Spurlin, and quite possibly Duce Robinson.

I think we’ll be just fine without AD.

Thomas had 624 yards receiving and averaged 14.2 ypr on 44 receptions with 7 TD’s.

Lovett had 846 yards receiving and averaged 15.1 ypr on 56 receptions with 3 TD’s.

AD wasn’t 1500 yards and 10 TD’s. And McKonkey, RJS, and Bowers are all receiving magnets who are going to put up incredibly efficient, possibly All SEC/All American level production. With Smith, Thomas, Lovett, Bell, and Delp right behind them.

We’ll be just fine.

Or, maybe he really just wants to be with his kid and baby momma… or, he’s just being offered a bunch of money… or he’s somehow just not happy with his playing time and wants more touches.

Much more logical than any of the mud some of you clowns think up.

Some of our fans compared him to AJ Green and George Pickens due to his size but I don’t think he’s on the same level.

I feel like Rosemary has same size, but seems more athletic and faster AD runs good routes and makes contested catches. I guess that was why he got more looks.

I hate to see him go but if he doesn’t want to be with UGA then it’s better for everyone. I’d love to see what he could do with a full, healthy year but oh well.

Burton made the same decision last year and didn’t get the stats that Ladd ended up with. I hope AD isn’t doing this to get more targets because I don’t see that happening and as was noted…doesn’t really impact NFL draft status. It’s not like this is the same run heavy offense we had back in the day.

AD creates separation because he’s twitchy and quick in a short area. Rosemy is not. Numerically they may be the about the same height and weight, but just looking at them you can tell Rosemy is more muscled up and bulky.

who? Let me know so I can know to ignore their opinion forevermore.

The only reason people are so upset about this is because he has 2 extremely noteworthy catches that will do down in history as being massively important. When you look at this entire body of work and stats there's nothing to suggest getting as worked up about it as many of us are. HE is not even in the same universe as AJ or Pickens. He's essentially a tavarres king, which don't get me wrong I'd prefer he be on our team and it does kinda stink to have him leave but it's not insurmountable and it's not going to be the reason we win or lose games in 2023.

This.

The only individual I know connected with the program hinted that Mitchell might not have been a fan of how physical our practices are. "If you don't practice, you don't play."

Sounds like SVP is headed to the draft, he just never announced it (understandable obviously)

Do we have confirmation on this, or is it just speculation?
