Been some time but I'm gonna revise my thing real quick

Best case

UMass - Blowout
Cal - Blowout
Samford - Blowout
A&M - Slight W
thUGA - Ranked this game, L
LSU - L
Ole Miss - Slight W
Miss State - W
Vandy - W
Arky - Slight W
NMSU - Blowout
Bama - TBD, too many variables, JHS Magic and new coordinator hires for Bama

So yeah floor to me is 6-6, ceiling is 9-3/10-2. I think we drop one we're expected to win and we win one we weren't supposed to win. There's been good momentum so I'm pushing my prediction up a lil' bit and if we see good results from the spring game I'm feeling good about this upcoming season

I think we win at least 6 games, likely 7. At least we have hope for the future. I am excited to see how our team plays this fall.

Do I think we will be competitive? Yes

Expectations are 5-7, 6-6.

If we snag a good QB this spring, I think our ceiling jumps up to 7-8 wins.

I am looking to 2024 improving more significantly and 2025 we should be able to get a much better outlook and I mean our expectations being much higher then this season and next.

I say 2025 because we were in a huge deficit on roster when Hugh came in. The way he’s working he can exceed our expectations and meet some. He wants both in by more than to be a force asap.

I personally think we got 4-0. I’m not scared of aTm right now. I think we beat OM and the following 4 games. I feel the SEC will be down across the board this year except for UGA, Bama, and LSU. I’m really excited to see what HF can do with this team. He’s always made remarkable turnarounds

1. We have a better coaching staff right now than all but 2 teams on the schedule.

2. We have more talent that all but 4 teams on that schedule.

3. We have the Auburn mojo back.

1+2+3 = undefeated.

If Ashford is out QB, 6 wins. 7 max if someone gives us one

I'm not going by the Byron Haskins version of Auburn. I'm going by the Caddy version. Our D should keep us in every game. Our two biggest rivals are breaking in new QBs so regardless of how talented they are, there's still a learning curve. I expect Freeze to treat Ole Miss like Gus did Arkansas. Anything less than 8 wins means we took a lot of losses at Jordan-Hare and I'd be very disappointed with that.

7-5 feels right imo. I think the offense will have some surprisingly great games but then some turnover laden games.

It's going to be a tough year, but I'm excited to see what this team can do.

We have 6 should win games:
UMASS
@ Cal
Samford
Miss St
@ Vanderbilt
New Mexico State

3 Toss-up games:
@ A&M
Ole Miss
@ Arkansas

3 Most Likely Lose:
Georgia
@LSU
Alabama

That SEC Opening is going to be rough, and hopefully we can win at least 1. I'm afraid of the team losing some motivation if we start 0-3 in the SEC.
@ Texas A&M
Georgia
@ LSU

CHF has worked some recruiting magic doing all of the right things that Harsin was oblivious to.

He did an admirable job of addressing the source of the teams weaknesses and plugging the holes.

Anything can happen depending on how it all clicks.

CHF made sandbagging the O-line a big priority. Any QB is going to look a lot better when not running for their life all of the time.
