AU has completely lost control of the coaching situation. From the firing, to the 56 question interview inquisition, to Pete Thamel’s “updates.” Modern SEC football is big business and needs to be run that way. What a complete and total shite show!
There’s wild arse speculation all over the internet and social media. The masses are driving the message, not Auburn University. It’s like Jay Jacobs is back with his head shoved 3 feet up his arse.

If you just look at official AU communications, nothing has happened. If you look at the poor sport journalists who get paid off of shock type news headlines, then you are rustled.

I appreciate Auburn not leaking who they are interviewing, but that has led to media and message board speculation. We’re so desperate for news that we’re taking rumors from board to board, then melting when they aren’t true.
I’m not sure if Auburn’s lost control of the search, or if it’s 2022’s instant information hunger that’s got us losing it.

There are a hefty portion of Auburn football fans who don’t feel good about themselves unless they regularly take a dump on the football program and how its run. They are NEVER happy and prefer being miserable.

The proverbial tail wagging the dog. A bunch of coaches are going to get raises as Sexton plays Auburn like a fiddle… Devil Went Down to Georgia style.

The problem with Auburn, is not Auburn at all, the problem is news outlets spreading false leads/rumors as fact like the sokholov guy in Mississippi, and Hoke from this February. We can't control what those jHokes spread around.
