Yeah, I’m good.
He brings a lot of plus side along with some questions but I think he knows how to answer those. He will have the resources he needs to play in the portal which he seems adept at doing, and then really going after HS recruiting.
I was open to about 3-4 names and he is top two.

Short answer: Yes
Long answer: He's not my 1st choice but we could certainly do a lot worse. Given our track record, it would feel like a huge win.

Absolutely. I wanted him since Gus was flirting w/ arKansas. I think we have all the tools he needs to challenge for the SEC/NC at AU.

If I were making this decision, this would be my only reservation. He’ll do great here, but will this be a destination job for him. If it were Freeze, I feel like it would be.

Once Kiffin does arrive we need to have a nice long thread about his defense.
Rabern’s concern about Kiffin’s defense is justified. Kiffin’s DC is basically running a 3-4 and they’re giving up too much chunk plays. I hope we can steal Durkin back now that Jimbo is toast.

Yeah I’d be happy. I don’t think he or any coach is a sure fire lock, so I’d temper my expectations.
