For the longest time, I was thinking of J B Grimes when I heard Jeff Grimes. Now that I know better, I think he'd be a solid hire.

I’ve said it before… but we could do a lot worse than Jeff Grimes. He’s a very good offensive player caller and a hell of an OL recruiter… two things we’ve needed desperately.
