If AU finds itself looking for a new head football coach, why not Dave Aranda?

Aranda would be my top choice. I think he's the absolute best coach not already locked in at a top school. And he has SEC experience as a DC (LSU), so he knows what the league is like.
Baylor is in a decent spot, though, and are slated to be the big dogs in the Big-12 once OU and Texas leave. So it might be hard to get him without Jimbo money.

Huss is a man with experience in Auburn football.
Muschamp is 20 times more likely to be our next coach than any of the qualified names the board keeps circulating.
If we hire a qualified coach it will be the second time (in my lifetime and I am over 50) that Auburn has done so in their history.

They didn’t give 2 shits about Chiz’s record @ Iowa St. and they don’t care about Muschamp’s either.
They can mold Will into what they want.
We KNOW he can recruit and his entire staff will recruit.
Not saying this is exactly who I want but I’m just being realistic.

Remember when our rivals talked all kinds of shite about Gus, and being a glorified HS coach? Several here, actually want a guy that is two years removed from HS, all because he got a 5*. How many did Gus get? Where is he now? Where is Auburn now?
