That was the absolute best thing that could have happened to Auburn long term. It sucks getting embarrassed but that's what it's going to take to usher in change as soon as possible rather than dragging this disaster on any longer. Even the most patient sunshine pumper has to see the writing on the wall now and the boosters would be totally justified with whatever action they choose to take.

The boosters are the problem. They were the problem at our biggest rivals UA and UGA, but the head coaches told them to frick off. That is why both of their programs are so far ahead of ours.

I don’t disagree that Harsin was Greene’s hire and the boosters didn’t like it. I don’t disagree it was the wrong hire. What I’m saying is……you can’t go about getting rid of the coach by starting rumors or having boosters fly private jets to meet potential new coaches when you still have one. The reason we can’t get I top tier coach to come to Auburn is because of shite like that.

Speaking of boosters. Didn't we have Kirby Smart on the hook but went with Malzahn. Good times. Auburn had a photo copy lined up.
