shite is sad! Saban has been absorbed by the woke, SJW culture and is a shell of his former self. He is surrounded by dumbasses at this point as well. He looks old and apathetic. It’s hard to watch after the run he has had. Breaks my heart.

We won our first tough road game with a re-tooled team with lots of new faces on a 11:00 am kickoff, in a hostile environment when it's 120 degrees on the field.....against a team that has talent against our former OC who knows all our tendencies and is the best play caller in the game

And we should have won by 20 with all the talent we have on the roster.
Why didn't we?
Coaching.
The Process was predicated on beating your opponent in all phases of the game. That includes coaching. We are not doing that and haven't done it in quite a while.
Some of you need to realize Saban isn't God and certainly isn't above criticism.

Saban himself has said he had to change his approach with this generation of players. Call it what you want, but he certainly didn't treat the 2009 team like they were babies and it showed.

Sure and that is totally fair, but we've lost to inferior opponents during almost every NC run we've had. I don't think this is indicative of change or decline, and if it is we won't really know until later in the season.

We had months to scheme against our former OC and we shite the bed.
Guess who that falls on?
Saban.
We can play this game all night if you wish. Giving Sark credit for knowing our tendencies and NOT changing them makes Saban look even worse.

A loss would probably have been the best thing for us moving forward. Winning ugly is a recipe for disaster. Having a loss on the books means we can't have a down game for the rest of the season.

You're not going to get through to some of these people. Father Time catches up with everybody in sports and Saban is no different. It's obvious he doesn't coach with the same fire that he did years ago
