This is exactly right. Does not give me a good feeling.

Yes today was very surprising, I definitely thought we’d be more prepared after the first rush of a road game with the leaders on the team.

Makes me feel a little better. Thank you. We still have Alabama basketball

I watched the entire 2nd half sitting outside an indoor softball facility in my Jeep on my phone as my youngest practiced

Hopefully the players are disappointed and the locker room was not one that was excited about a win.

Ugh. Makes me sick, but yeah. Last year we walked the tightrope to the playoff, but I don't see a Jamo in this WR corps to help cover up a lot of BooB's nonsense.

Bob is just fulfilling his word to Saban and staying a couple of years. He’s mailing it in I believe.

I took off the $150 Tommy Bahama Alabama themed Hawaiian shirt I was wearing and fully intended on burning it in the outdoor kitchen once the game was over.

Boz told me to turn the game back on because we were driving or it would be ashes right now.

Saban might be declining, but if he is, it's because he's 70 years old,

People have been waiting for the decline. I think I've felt in my gut that "this is it" and then we win another natty.

One day it will happen. But let's be real--which feels the worse, a win today or an arse whipping from Stephen Garcia and Spurrier a dozen years ago?

Is this worse than losing to Ole Miss two years ago? After one of which we went on to win another natty?

It is hard to watch Saban age. 15 years at his age range really shows if you go back and watch his initial press conference.

I switched TVs, changed seats multiple times at each, switched from Makers to Woodford, switched from liquor to a vape, and from TV to radio. None of it fricking worked.

During the 2017 national title game my wife went into the pantry when we came back against Georgia.

She went into the pantry for one play today, we fricked up and she said I guess it's not working today.

We won our first tough road game with a re-tooled team with lots of new faces on a 11:00 am kickoff, in a hostile environment when it's 120 degrees on the field.....against a team that has talent against our former OC who knows all our tendencies and is the best play caller in the game

Jesus some of you people suck

Exactly! Also, I watched Texas a lot last year, I knew this would be a close game and tried to tell Bama fans but they laughed at me. Texas was up 28 on OU last year. Texas lost 4 straight last year after leading by double digits. Anyone who had been following them knew how much better Sark was making them already last year. He's recruiting as well as anyone in the country as well.

Like you said, it was an 11AM game. We didn't have our band and it didn't look like many Bama fans made the trip either.

When a star leader like Anderson is pulling the BS he was pulling, that is 100% on Anderson.

People love to bitch about Golding but once again, when the offense was playing like shite and pissing the game away our D stepped up and kept getting us the ball back. I don't love Golding but he isn't the problem.

And Bryce has to quit holding the ball so long, he could have run a lot in the first quarter and he didn't and it killed a lot of early drives, not to mention dropped passes and Bob running up the middle on every first down.

When Bryce started running, everything opened up. It's like when Tua was healthy and could run, we were almost unstoppable but when injuries kept him in the pocket, we had big issues like the Clemson game. Linebackers can just drop back in coverage if they aren't worried about a QB running but if they are worried, they have to spy or stay closer to the LOS which opens up passing lanes all over.

I agree with this. It completely changed the way defenders approach things. He's going to have to do it more and have to be careful with it.

It also gets him and us in a rythm.

I thought Bryce would run more after he ran all over UGA in the SECCG but in the Cincinnati game and title game he was too hesitant. Then he looked great running decisively last week but was hesitant again today for 3 quarters. I know we don't want him injured but his running is crucial to opening things up and he has to come out of a shell he gets into sometimes. Because when he does he is elite.

I’ve said before the season started the Bama WR group is vastly overrated. They have no perimeter threat, they can’t get open and they drop passes on crucial plays.
Bama is a pass first offense with no real vertical threat.

I’m not liking the receiver coach very much right now either. They are shitting themselves
