These are ESPN’s projections.

Will CBS not show SEC games in 2023 since the B1G deal was announced last week?

That is like choosing a president by polling only members of one party on who they want as president. Not buying it.

Yet again, a poor analogy.
Disney has an organization called the SEC (not the one you loath) overseeing projections which might impact investor sentiment.

ESPN knows who the most dominant conference has been since the invention of post season play to determine the national champions(BCS/CFP).
Since the BCS started (1998) an SEC team has won the National Championship 14 times by 6 different teams.
National Titles by Conference since BCS/CFP was created.
•ACC - 5
•Pac12 - “2” Both by USC
•Big12 - 2
•Big10 - 2 Both By OSU
•SEC - 14
As you see during this time the SEC has more national titles alone than the others have combined. Even if you don’t count Alabama the SEC still has more national titles (7) than the other conferences during the same time frame.

IMO, the biggest difference between the SEC and Big10 in football is that the SEC has had 6 different teams win a NC while the Big10 has had 1.
The Big10 is also full of garbage football programs: see Rutgers, Maryland, Nebraska, Minnesota, Indiana, Purdue, Northwestern.
Rank both conference teams in a list and pair them against each other (Bama-Ohio State; UGA-Mich, etc). PLay the games at neutral sites. SEC teams would win a majority of those games EVERY year.

The Big10 is not even the 2nd best conference if comparing national titles since the BCS era. The ACC more national titles and has had more teams to win a title than the Big10 has.

You all are so sweet. You guys keep bringing up all of your titles in every other post and good for you but the people who matter will always view the B1G as 1 and the SEC as 2. The B1G is an A+ while the SEC is a B. And no matter how you respond the networks paying the B1G more proves that is right.

Actual victories >>> moral victories

Even if you don’t compare titles. Just compare the amount draft picks that come from each conference every year. The best players come from the south. Every year the SEC leads in 1st round draft picks and players drafted. The better product overall is in the SEC across all major sports not just Football.

This is a horrendous brag. Who cares about your TV contract numbers? Let me know when that becomes the measure of success in the sport. You can win the made up TV Money championship, and we will keep winning the, you know, actual championships.

That is all he can lean on given the on field results. If he would tell the truth he would trade the tv contract in a heartbeat for a couple more championships.
