It is difficult to believe something like this could have such repercussions but Universities are Bastions of Intolerance. Cancel culture is strong and always on the offensive in our society. Cancel Culture is today's society's way of projecting their virtue to the masses.
Over the years I have seen numerous people stumble in public over things that would have been better left unsaid and unthought. Race and especially black/white race matters are the most radioactive thing in modern society.
Smart people avoid this racial landmine at all costs.

Now that gives better clarification. It wasn’t just reading a text once which is what is was originally made out to be. Reiterating that over and over is not good, not sure what he was expecting would happen

something is still off his daughter has been on social media saying the truth will come out and then she deleted her post. She may not know the whole story and is taking up for her dad.... or..... there is more to the story. If they are trying to make him out to be a racist because he said the word back to back then thats bs..... if he said it in different times then he deserves to be fired. Think the university held some info out of the statement which is why everyone backed Gundy today. Now the new statement comes out to get everyone behind the university and I dont like it.... Just be honest up front!

for this particular instance, he was telling the team was this player thought was more important than the meeting.
Do i think Gundy should use it in his daily life...no, but in this context why not?

The only reason this even happened is Gundy didn’t have a “Get out of jail Black” card. Had he been Black and did the exact same thing not a word would have been said. That is the truth though I have serious doubts that many have the integrity to admit it.
