What is the most overrated college football stadium? (That you've attended a game)

I have to go with University of Florida.
The stadium has no redeeming qualities.
Some older stadiums lack modern amenities, but they make up for it by being beautiful venues.
The Swamp has the worst of both worlds.
The stadium is old & ugly, lacking in any kind of history or beauty.

I was fairly high up an endzone upper deck and still had a good view

And yet when UF is elite, its one of the toughest stadiums in the country to play.
Respectfully - frick off

Auburns
It honestly seemed like a high school stadium
And their cheerleaders were on the PA system hyping up the crowd. Albeit, this was in 2012 and I believe LSU won 12-10

When UF is elite?
You mean 15 years ago?
Florida isn't going to be elite any time soon.
Bama, Georgia, LSU are leaving Florida in the dust.
NIL is going to make the rich richer (Ohio State, Texas, USC), the programs with deep pockets.
I just don't see a path for Florida to return to glory.
Florida recruiting has been terrible in recent years, and NIL is going to make it even worse.
Even the Florida High Schoolers that used to stay close to home are going to pursue NIL deals at the Blue Blood programs.
Florida had its 15 minutes of fame.
It's over.

Death Valley is awesome, don’t get me wrong. But Bryant Denny was louder when I went there. I think the noise at Tiger Stadium is overblown.

1a. Neyland Stadium (Tenn) - Tiny seats, muted atmosphere.
1b. Death Valley (LSU) - Great atmosphere, but the stadium needs a lot of work.

And you would be incorrect.
Attended a game on vacation as an unbiased observer (a fan of neither team).
Stadium and game day experience was a major disappointment.

That's surprising. I think B-D is an awesome venue, but I didn't think it was particularly loud compared to a few other SEC stadiums...

Surprised at that as well. BDS can get loud at times but our old timers are the worst. They sit on their hands the whole damn game.

This Old Timer begs to differ. I make it a point to be heard

I’ll be the first to admit our stadium isn’t great, but this thread is for overrated stadiums. I don’t think anyone overrates our stadium. I’ve never seen it on a list of best college football stadiums.
