Notre Dame’s recruiting improved when Kelly left. Louisiana has 14 players ranked inside the Top 250 in the country, and LSU has a commitment from only one of them. 2 of the Top 3 are committed to Texas.

I don't think anyone has argued that LSU won't compete. Competing and winning are two different things. And I forgot Finebaum's word is Gods word.
P.S. I do think Kelly will win a Title at LSU. Not sure how soon tho

The state produces great SEC talent and if he keeps the best and reaches out for others he has a good a chance as any. Les and O did it so no doubt the player talent is available to get it done. It wouldn’t surprise me.

No matter what, this is BK's last stop. He either wins and rides out the rainbow or he fails and never coaches again....hell if Les and Coach O can do it anyone can.

You ain’t lying. Problem is his class is ranked better than Bama’s. How do you reconcile that? My guess is he’s just a better coach. And he’s already showing it.

Why would we melt? Coach O and Miles both won nattys at LSU with maybe 12 total brain cells between them. Even if Kelly only has 13, he's way ahead.
The talent at LSU has been more responsible for winning than whoever was roaming the sideline. Finebaum isn't exactly going out on a career risking limb here.
