Not that it matters but we were 17 in D1 last week (not 23)

I've got no problem with us settling into the middle of the Top 20 pack. Lucky to be there after this weekend. Now we can hopefully get our crap together and make some sort of run the rest of the way.

Arkansas too high. Scuffling at the plate. Misery gifted them 2 games though Arkansas gifted one to Misery. Missing Case Opitz' defense in the worst way.

Eight SEC series left. Winning every series equates to 21 conference wins.

West looks pretty weak and Florida and Vandy don't look that daunting so good chance end up with 20 plus SEC wins and hosting a regional, but the hitting must come around or gonna be disappointed.

But let Tenner wear the bullseye and the curse of being #1.

Uhh no on literally every account. What you're describing is every day baseball. Right now the vols are the best but let's see what they do against better pitching. The west is doing what the west does in cold weather, we'll see where it ends up at the end of the year. Arkansas has so many options to plug and play it's ridiculous and starting pitching is light years ahead of last year. When the bats get hot (hopefully at the end of the year vs. last year) they'll be a tough out for anyone. TN, Vandy, FL, AR, Ole Miss, MSU and LSU all have a chance to win it all as they clean up things throughout the next two months. TN is dominant right now but does that homerun team hold up when games are tight, it seems those always tail off when the tourney starts, if not they are the clear favorite.

Agree with you.

I'm not convinced this Arkansas team is going to go deep in the postseason. We've got a talented roster, but so far this season it hasn't all come together yet.

Well this make Vandy sweeping the Vols this weekend a lead pipe cinch.

Added the coaches poll.

Just need the NCBWA tonight and we'll have, I believe, the first unanimous #1 team this season.

Is there an alternative college baseball championship that aggy can go to? Like a NIT type?

Dogs are having to grind again. No bullpen whatsoever, having to fight desperately for every win...GRINDER mentality.

Arkansas MSU this weekend will be interesting. We are looking better and need a big series win.

We need to take the series to get back in the top 25. I expect to win 1, hope we can get 2

I'd love to believe that we would at least win one this weekend, but I believe a sweep is in our future.
