Shariffe is elite when it comes to passing and driving the lane but he couldn’t shoot 3s. At the beginning of the season we wondered what this team would look like with him, but it is nice having shooters on this team

Sharif would not be a down grade - just different point guard style. If Sharif had This roster to pass to, he would be pretty damn tough to stop,

Any comment made will be speculation. With his size, he needs time to develop. He only had a short window here. A full season under Bruce who knows. His ceiling is high.

I’m more sorry for Sharife missing all this excitement than anything to do with WGjr. I imagine Sharife would really love playing on this team.

Shariffe passing to Jabari & Kessler in the paint would be nice to watch.

I wonder if Shariffe watches this team and regrets his early departure, especially with NIL $ potential.

Sharife played poor defense and I loved his passing when it worked. But he had a ton of turnovers. I’ll take Green.

Cooper didn’t have this kind of team around him… I think a lot of talented PGs would flourish with Jabari/Kessler at the 4/5 and our wings.

That said, green is great… and we may get him for more than one season.

Good point. He may not have tried to do so much with these options.

I wonder if he felt like he had to do a bunch due to his short season.

Y’all forgetting a healthy Flannigan and JT Thor which isn’t chopped liver. Last year’s team was bad because only a couple people understood team defense. This team’s defensive approach is so much better. That was a team leadership issue on the court.

But yes the team would be different I’m not saying Green is better but Cooper had multiple issues he didn’t have time to address therefore I think Green’s outside shot helps this team more then Cooper would

Wendell like KD is an Energizer for the team.I wouldn't trade Green for any former AU point guard.

I would love to see Shariffe with this team, but if I had the choice to bring him in right now I wouldn’t do it - don’t want to disrupt what this team is doing right now.

It’s hard to say. Cooper was playing with less talent and also didn’t have a chance for the tourney. He also was having to play during a more strict point in the covid situation.
