What are you expecting prices on the secondary market to do for the game in Dallas? They are fairly high but not too crazy on the secondary market now. Do you think this is one where prices fall to/below face value in the last few days?

Just go to Dallas and stubhub when ther. I got a club level 30 yard line for like $180 when I went one time.

Semifinal tickets are usually pretty easy in my experience - people seem to wait for the national championship

Although I don't know what Cincinnati demand will do to it, that may make them a little pricier

Yeah, if you are a Cincinnati football fan you are absolutely going to this game. They may not be a huge fanbase but the fans they have aren't passing on this opportunity.

They have a MASSIVE alumni base. They are one of the largest schools in the country. They will drive prices up.

They are about the enrollment size of Alabama and other big SEC schools. But I don't think they have quite the football following in their alumni base.

I didn't realize how small they were now, when I lived in Cincy there were over 50,000.

I was already going to be in Dallas for work that week so I am going to try and score a single ticket when I get out there. Shouldn't be too hard I wouldn't think. I plan on checking out the tailgating as well.

I went ahead and bought some today. Probably could have waited until later, but whatever. Upper level on the 30-40 yd line 6 rows up. Got 4 tickets for about $950 after fees/taxes.

Seemed to be a good deal based on all the other ticket prices in the surrounding sections.

I can't imagine Cincinnati to have a large contingent.

Most people that go to big time bowl games are fairly regular game attendees to begin with.

How many fans showed up for Cincinnati home games every week?

Their “home” stadium capacity is only 37,978. Average attendance numbers aren’t available from 2020 for obvious reasons, but their average home attendance in 2019 was 35,985 across 6 games.

I expect a much better showing by our fans in both Arlington and Indy this year. Covid gave a lot of people a year off from spending that money so I expect our fans to show up like they did when this run first started

Is that "paid" attendance, or actual?

I’m waiting until closer to the game. I went to the Cotton Bowl versus Michigan State and did not purchase the tickets until the week of the game.

We’re waiting to buy tickets. My son is going to be 2 days past ACL surgery when this game is played. Trying to score an aisle seat for him to give him a little room to spread out if needed. We’re waiting to see what his surgeon says about the game and the 5 hour ride both ways.

Looks like the cheapest seats are $130. SEC championship was $350 for standing room only, $400+for the shittiest seat.

Guessing these are the corporate tickets for sale now as the Alabama tickets aren’t getting allocated until Monday according to the emails.

I was just told the group I will be with in Dallas will have plenty of tickets for whomever wants them. I may have to sit with a couple of Ohio guys though lol.

UCF brought a ton when they beat Auburn. Obviously Orlando to Atlanta is an easy flight and drivable. Plus UCF's enrollment is even bigger than Cincy's. But that all could be offset by the fact that this is a Playoff game. Like you said, every Cincinnati alum across the country is probably at least considering going. They'll bring their fair share

TidePride orders and notifications don't even go out until Monday. Assume Cincinnati is the same. So there are at least 25K tickets not in circulation yet.
