Did Spencer Rattler play bad against North Carolina, all things considered?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfOHeuRINLA
I don't know if Patrick Mahomes could have done great with the offensive line play that night, and then last Saturday Rattler was protected and looked like Patrick Mahomes...
University of South Carolina senior quarterback Spencer Rattler has been named the SEC’s Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in the Gamecocks’ 47-21 win over Furman on Saturday night, the league office announced today.
Rattler, a 6-1, 217-pounder from Phoenix, Ariz., completed 25-of-27 passes (92.6 pct.) for 345 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for a fourth TD in the Gamecocks’ 47-21 win over Furman, the sixth-ranked team in the FCS. Rattler completed his first 15 passes in the contest and had TD passes of 36, 7 and 42 yards against the Paladins. He was at his best at the end of the first half when he led Carolina on a three-play, 75-yard scoring drive in 20 seconds with no timeouts, leaving just three seconds on the clock.
...Beginning to wonder if Georgia -27 might be a little too steep. In a perfect world for Cock fans, Georgia would've played at Oklahoma last Saturday and Georgia would've been more of a candidate to have an emotional letdown this Saturday. But instead Georgia played Ball State and Georgia players now have a reason to get jacked up and focused for a game for the first time all season and Georgia's coaching staff still haven't had to dig through the playbook and show their shite..

Is this thread about Senator Kennedy reading his notes today?

Lot of longhorns going to be upset when they open this thread and realize it’s not that kind of cock.

No, Rattler was one of our only bright spots against uncheat. He is playing lights out so far

A. Brown (#10) also looks like he can really run and cause problems for a defense. Also it's obviously good for Georgia that Jaheim Bell isn't playing for South Carolina. He is a problem for any defense.

Your players hear they are the greatest all the time. Your coach with that cheap bowl cut hairdo has had to resort to pointing out that one of our DL didn't mention your stadium as being one of the loudest.

Our oline was non-existent during the unc game. He played really well considering how much he was running for his life.

Personally I am hoping that South Carolina plays better this season and puts up more of a fight. Watching last year's game in Columbia on television had all the energy of a G-Day game. By halftime there were actually fewer fans in the stadium than there are for a G-Day game.
Georgia's first two games of this season have also felt like G-Day games. I'm getting tired of watching G-Day games. Hopefully South Carolina can make some plays and make Georgia fans actually feel some emotion and feel like fans.

We are literally the best home game on your schedule this year, so if you don't "show out" for Carolina, you won't have another opportunity.
Rattler has played exceptionally well. His ball placement (no, not that kind, Aggots) has been incredible. He held on to the ball a little too long against UNC, and that compounded the issues with the atrocious line play. That said, he marched them down the field a few times in the 4th quarter. Beamer panicked a little, I think, and should have taken the two gimme FGs instead of shooting his wad twice on 4th downs that they couldn't convert. Game in the 4th was closer than score showed.
Alllll that said, USC is going to have to get the ball out quickly in order to have any success on Saturday. I'd like to think AB and Harbor will be fast enough to open up some underneath routes for XL, Juice (who is hurt, IDGAF what Beamer says), and Knox. I've also been impressed with Doty as a slot receiver. He has potential.
We truthfully aren't sure what we really have this year. But, I don't think UGA knows just yet, either.
Here's hoping for a good game, like they used to be before Agent Muschamp cratered the "progrum."

That was the media who mentioned that.
You can thank them after the game.
How many false starts do you predict for the SCar offense on Saturday?

We thought we knew what we were at S and nickel/dime defenders. But that was before Bullard got hurt.
We don't know what we are on the corners, yet. We are physical (i.e. screen game). But how well we defend the sidelines is the big question on our defense.

Game shouldn’t be close but I’m interested to see how UGA utilizes its run game. Anything creative with their receivers carrying the ball.
They’re a couple injuries away at halfback from actually being in serious trouble for SEC play.

Rattler has been the best player for SC this year.

"Your coach with that cheap bowlcut hairdo..."
A new poster asked the question on another thread if it was possible to have a decent, adult conversation on this forum about football? My response...'It's not probable, mainly because I'm convinced that you can count on one hand the actual number of adults that frequent this forum.' This sort of junvenile, highschoolish comment only proves my point is true. Thank you....

Who knows at this point, but I doubt that Ole Miss will be a 27 point underdog.

Running backs averaged less than 5 yards per carry against UT-Martin and Ball State. Hasn't been great.
