Ohio State didn't win the game but they ran a sugar huddle in the 2019 CFP semifinal that became the best way to counteract the signal stealing. They put up 516 yards on Clemson.

If you get your signals picked, its your fault not the team that "stole" them.

Doing something like having cameras, staff on opposing sideline, etc is cheating but just picking someones signals is the signaling teams fault.

The vast vast majority of major college football and NFL players have been roided up for decades. If they're playing football on TV the last few decades, they're more than likely roided up. Some people are in denial about it, but I also assume it is just understood and accepted at this point by most people. Human beings don't naturally run 4.4/4.5 forty yard dashes at 240 lbs, except for a select few rare athletes per generation.
