On what planet is Anthony Richardson a top ten pick?

This is what I hate about the NFL draft. They take guys based on raw ability. Anthony Richardson has proven time and again that he sucks.

NFL GMs convince themselves they can teach a guy with all the measurables to play the position. Sometimes they are correct. See Josh Allen.

He’s not, he really kinda sucks as a quarterback. However, teams see the Eagles going to the super bowl with hurts, who sucks, and are like yeaaaaaaaaa that’s our guy.

Stupid comparison. Allen was a great arm in college and played himself into money at friggin Wyoming.

Richardson gets far too much criticism IMHO. He gave me so much joy this season with some incredible highlight throws I'll likely never see again.

And Jamarcus was a way better quarterback in college than Richardson. Let that sink in. Richardson was garbage at Florida.

People let the fact that he bombed in the NFL color their perception of his college days. He was a very good college QB.

The college game and NFL are different games. Coaches, team around him, commitment requirements are not the same. Raw talent is more important than a feel good story.
