As an Auburn fan, it is difficult to have much faith that we won’t pick one of the terrible options. I always want to think the AD is just throwing the turd sandwich and giant douche names out to make the eventual final pick look good in comparison. Unfortunately , history has proven that our AD’s often believe that Auburn can transform a turd sandwich into filet mignon.

It won't be the AD making a weak or "terrible hire." The guy pulled the trigger on Mike Leach. You might not like the hire, but it wasn't weak or terrible.

yeaaah but none make sense honestly. Drink would probably feel AU is damn near lateral move,. Extensions could give he and Lea the same thing we're offering and they're already winning. Don't think Dilly or Key leave their Alma Mater for AU given how down we've been.

Summral would be the most logical unless UF / LSU get involved by missing on Drink / Kiffin etc.

Why would he his credibility in jeopardy throwing out Les Miles name?

If we are being honest, this would be one of those names where you really hope like hell that he doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about. Do you really want our AD giving a guy who hasn’t coached since 2019 and was forced out of his last job due to some nasty allegations at his previous job the time of day? If Cohen so much as picked up the phone for Les Miles on line 1, he should be looking for a job as well. To give him an interview is damn near criminal.

If we hire the Tulane dude but don't keep Durkin as DC...... I'll toss myself into a bed of scorpions and let the poison bring me serenity.

This is a stupid argument. Auburn's roster in very talented and even with Freeze fumbling it all we have been in every game this season against the best teams in this conference. We are not "down". If any of these coaches can retain the roster and add some pieces, they have enough there to win games in year one.

The right coach will turn it around quickly. Coaches know that. It's up to Cohen to break the string of stupid

Keef Has been involved with college sports for a very long time. Why would he his credibility in jeopardy throwing out Les Miles name? You need to think a little harder about what you say.

What has that guy ever been right about? Its a troll account LMAO.

You think we are interviewing 72 year old Les Miles who last coached in 2020 and produced a 0-9 season?

You have no idea what you’re talking about. Keef has only put out top level information and has been right about a lot of things

What the hell do you know? Not a damn thing. Jealous of Keef having connections is all you got.

I know it’s not going to be Ed O, but as a position coach- I would not hate it. He’s a great recruiter. Pulling poon tang still at 55 or 60 years old.

Watch LSU and UF hire guys like Kiffin and Dilly and we're going to give someone like T.J. Finley a shot at coaching because he interviewed well, used to play here and has an "impressive resume" with his work experience at various other schools.

Imagine having a romantic attachment to a troll account on Twitter

Yes man, John Cohen is staking his career on 72 year old Les Miles. He's been resting up over these past 5 years and studying up on NIL and the Transfer Portal, just in time for his return to the SEC! Great insider sources that "Keef Kneebuer" has there .

Durkin ain't that great as a DC. Our D has been the opposite of clutch with him as DC. We had the lead in the 4th quarter against OU and they went through our D like butter. We had the lead at the half of UGA game and our D couldn't hold them off. We had the lead in the 4th against Mizzou and the D couldn't close the deal. Durkin's shite does stink.

If this is what he thinks he is an idiot. Auburn is smack in the middle of the greatest recruiting area in the country, has boosters that can be described as nothing short of over enthusiastic and participated in 2 NC’s in the not so distant past. Not to mention Auburn is an amazing community that is insanely loyal to above average coaches. Mizzou has none of those advantages.
