Their only option is a young, cheap coach or a guy who has failed elsewhere and already got a huge buyout

Deion's health problems would be a concern for me if I was in charge of hiring.

Yeah, that Nick Saban and Urban Meyer sucked.

I do not dislike Dilly just stating the obvious. In these searches you don't start there. Especially when we going to be spending 9 mill anyway.

I do believe however it's much more likely we get Lashlee than Dilly

We older members remember how Coach Dye was brought Today what is missing is a mover and shaker individual who could/should be involved.

No thank you. If Lashlee is it then I would rather go to JMU and get Chesney. or USF & Get Golesh. or Tulane & get Sumrall. Not in any particular order.

LSU is poor! Go find the details on this - very interesting.

Kelly could end up winning a lawsuit and never see a dime because he would have to go through legislative procedures in the state (that is of course the state already owes much money to other entities and Kelly would be way down the list).

FWIW, Brian Daboll just got fired. The NY media has Lane near the top of the Giants interest list. (I personally doubt it, but take it fwtw).

It'll be interesting to see if Cohen interviews Daboll or any other NFL coaches.

I still say the only NFL play is DeMeco Ryans

I have not been too hot on Lashlee, either, but lately I've been reconsidering. He made the playoffs last year and beat Miami just a few weeks ago. Has a chance to make the playoffs again.

Lashlee is still not my first choice, but I am seeing him in a different light. No longer "Auburn ptb hired a guy just because they know him" from my perspective.

Just to be clear, I do not recommend Daboll. He has been arse for the Giants. I was pointing out that Kiffen might have at least one NFL suiter, too.

I like numbers 1 and 2. Not so much the other 3. 3 years ago I would have jumped for joy over Lincoln Riley.

Saban did win a National Championship as a HC in college before destroying the Dolphins. Daboll hasn't won shite as a HC, and ruined the Giants. Big difference
