Auburn canned gus and paid his huge buyout. Hires Patrick nix as head coach. Pays him 1 million a year to recoup some of the lost cash. Nix brings in Kevin greene and takeo spikes on defense. He retains chip Lindsey and allows him to run his offense. Cole cublelic comes onboard to coach the oline. All these guys accept a smaller salary than normal to rebuild Auburn football.
