CBM allegedly got like $3mil from USC. We were never going to be able to match that, keep Pettiford, and build a decent roster.

Realistically we were never going to replace the whole roster and be as good as we’re used to. But you’re right, you have to build a foundation somewhere. We do have some good young guys to build around.

Michigan is good. We are making them look great.
Our effort is pathetic.
We need a true PG. We don't have one.
Our youth is showing. Hopefully our bunch comes out and shows some heart in the second.

That was brutal. I get they are a better team than us but I counted 4 or 5 defensive lapses total during the Oregon game. I stopped counting after 10 in the first half here. You can win games if you shoot poorly but defend well (most of last year), but if you shoot poorly and play badly on defense.....

We only have 10 scholarship players outside of the walkons they gave scholarships to. Not like we can go well

Anyone that thought this team was a final 4 type team don’t know basketball. Also anyone that thought in November would be a finished product was crazy.
Great opportunity for a young coach and young team to see how they respond. Because we will need it later in the season.
I predicted 10-8 in conference and a 7 seed going into the ncaa tournament way before the season started.
Let’s see how the CSP and the youngins respond this half
