In reality we will look amazing on the first drive and then never adjust to anything while the defense gets worn down and we lose 31-10 ??

I only hope we get a first down and then hurry up to the line and run it up the middle with Worm. It would only be the right thing to do.

Yes.

Just hopeful the team can rise above Gus.

Gus teams underperform in away games.

We haven’t scored after the first quarter in Athens since 2009.

Our offensive line has struggled with simple blocking schemes all year.

Our quarterback gets rattled under the slightest bit of pressure.

We have zero SEC caliber running backs.

Georgia is nearly a complete team with CFP hopes playing in front of a home crowd.

It has a 2012 feel.

So game ten, we learn to block better?

I guess it could happen.

I’ll watch.

You guys been smoking the blunts LSU had left over from last Friday before the game???

We have no running game and our offensive line cant pass block, asking our receivers for separation is asking a newborn to pull away from mommas teet, and our QB has the jitters. Thats one heck of a combination to have going up against an improved version of a defense that beat the ever loving snot out of us in the SEC beatdown.

In the immortal words of Merle (may he RIP)....I think Ill just stay here and drink.

I'm with you most of the way but UGA's defense is not near the level of last season. If we actually had an OL they are susceptible to the run.

Here is why this game is interesting imho. Gus is staying, from what they say, but what will he be?

This game will tell us everything imho because the next one is an easy win and the last one is an NFL team. You wont learn anything there. UGA... they're kind of blah. They hate their own OC and QB with a passion. They have holes.

Is he going to legitimately try, or will he fold like he did in 4 of our last 5 meetings? And some of those meetings were very bad UGA teams, and he folded.

UGA is beatable, just look at the LSU game. This one is winnable if Gus does his best not to be his usual frickup self.

Agreed Savage, however, our OL is far worse than last year, and their defense is a little less dominating, so we may get the snot and shat beat out of us tonight.

SOS, we will have a good opening series (although that is questionable lately), then make no adjustments on off or def and get players injured running them up the middle and asking Stidham to stand back there while we run the whirly bird/triple fake/80 yard bomb into triple coverage on 3rd and 18.

Then wonder why he is so skittish.

Columbus once discovered a new world by going where no man has gone before......perhaps there is still hope our offense will discover there is a field between the hash marks when we pass....one can hope....
