That's where I disagree.
Wiley does not have soft hands, and he has strong arms but they are long, but not super strong in the upper body.
How many times have we seen now for 4 years, him get the ball knocked away from his hands or any contact underneath and he loses control of the ball
What he does well, is when he goes up and just at his peak stretch and grab a rebound. He is good at that....
...But if he brings the ball back down to take a dribble before he goes back up..that is where he is the weakest.

Bama has had wayyyyy more misses than we have had over Bruce's tenure. You're reading a lot into one game.
Also, Purifoy is definitely not a miss and Turbo might not be.

We are halfway through his freshman season and you are already writing off Turbo? Reese and Petty are juniors who were not very good until this year, escpecially Reese. Turbo is a four year guy having to play out of position this year.

Any big man struggles when you bring the ball back down for a dribble after a rebound in traffic. You got to go straight back up.

Purifoy is a hit if Reese is a hit. One game doesn’t make him a hit and DP a miss.

Without Purifoy and McCormack we don't make it to the final four last year.
Purifoy had a very good first year...got in trouble and injuries over the last 2 years, but had a very good end of last year, and has his moments this year.
Turbo is just not a very good PG, but he wasn't recruited as one. Let's see if he makes it as the #2 G next year and does better. He's just raw...and young.
