Maybe Gus can flip the script when he gets to Columbus.

I wish him the best, and I want to thank Gus for an SEC championship.

Glad he’s decided to take the Ohio State job.

The stat that makes me shake my head:

Two years in a row lead LSU by double digits.
You know the rest of that story.

I don’t really care about the success rate. To me, kicking that many more 50+ yarders than anyone ever has is because his offense sucks arse

Disagree with this assertion. Think we've just had kickers that could reliably hit from that range lately where before we most likely punt.

I wouldn't kick many 50+ FGs if I'm hitting at 26%, but 45% I'm gonna go for it a lot more.

I’m a sucker for extra credit so I’ll guess six.

2013 Texas A&M
2013 Mizzou in ATL
2014 Ole Miss
2015 Louisville in ATL (they were ranked right?)
2015 Texas A&M
2018 Washington in ATL

Not sure about a couple but gotta be close!

And 3 of those 6 were technically neutral sites, so only 3 true away games against top25 teams in 6 years.

Jesus, this guy is terrible.

Or we are kicking FGs when previous AU teams were punting

Pretty much what ops stat shows.

Shows Gus is scoring much more where his predecessors had not.

But Marcus Spears thinks we're crazy for wanting Gus fired.

Very close, but Louisville was not ranked.

Your other 5 were correct.

Anybody else?

- With a true dual threat qb in 2013 and 2014 we averaged almost 250yds rushing against bama. Bama’s yearly average was around 105yds.

- In 2010 and 2013, both times we went to the championship game we had 2 1000yd rushers on both teams in Gus’s offense.

Was Kansas St ranked the year we played them in little Manhattan? That may be the 6th team.

UPDATED:

Gus now has 6 wins and 13 losses against ranked teams when playing somewhere other than Jordan-Hare.

That’s 0.316 for all you English majors.

Gus is 2-5 against UGA. In the 5 losses Auburn has scored 3 points in the second half. Not averaged 3, but 3 TOTAL.

Gus makes the absolutely worst halftime adjustments of any coach in football.

It still eats at my intestines that went into halftime in Pasadena with a nice lead on Florida State.

Gus will be the reason we don't get the 1,000 yard SEC Rushing streak

That’s really a meaningless streak. And he’s the only reason we have it in the first place.
