As far as pressing needs, it's gotta be OL, DL, and CB, right?
We need depth a lot of other places too. Still should be a steady stream of commits coming

On3 ranks AU dead last SEC in the portal currently. Probably hasn't taken Brown signing into account though.

They have us dead last because they haven’t accounted for BB yet and it looks like they are basing rankings on HS stars not transfer portal stars. Could be wrong though. Also we had a mass exodus so that’s working against us heavily in our net calculation

The outgoing players, by volume and ranking, pretty much ensure we'll stay ranked at the bottom of that formula. That's barring an absolute tear of a portal run

ON3 ranks it by net of out and incoming transfers. We have 32 out and 10 in, which is a negative score, and I don’t think it will get back to positive.
I’m not too concerned on the On3 ranking. We replacing high star level WR with the guys Golesh wants. I want to see some good OL, a good pass rusher, and a good CB in this portal.

Worrying about ranking is what got us to where we are now.
Ie: We’ve had too many coaches more worried about how we looked than what we really needed. Clowns coasting 9 months of the year on how well we tallied players.

I'm fine with downgrading the CB room if we save money there and upgrade the pass rush. I assume Durkin's defense will look competent with whoever he gets, but it could be elite with a high level Edge.
The OL upgrade is the main target of this Portal. I'd also like to upgrade the Tight End position (where I think we still need an elite transfer).

Agreed, I’d rather be beefed up in the trenches than have 8 dbs that are pretty decent. Hell yea on brown makes me feel a little better lol.
