Not sure, but it’s worth mentioning that program and scheme fit, where the kid sits on the board, all play into these recruitments. He just might be totally out in Auburn but it also just might be a guy that the staff isn’t into. AU hasn’t really shyed away from top guys so I’m guessing staff might not be as high on him as the recruiting services

Thanks Jonesy.
As far as defensive linemen I really like the fella Kamarion Franklin out of MS. He is cat quick for 265lbs and six five.
Had 19 sacks last season and the year before 4 interceptions, now 4 interceptions for a DL thats quick. lol.
Looks like TN is all over him. And his home is nearly a suburb of Memphis.
Sure would be a good one for the good guys.

What is the scoop on Jordan Ross, dont hear a lot about him like we do a lot of the other in state fellas, so no traction there I guess.
The staff is after him hard, and he grew up an Auburn fan. So naturally…he gone

True, we never seem to get the ones that grew up as Auburn fans. We seem to do better at getting ones that grew up pulling for the turds.

I think Ross is over rated. I’ve seen him in person twice and wasn’t wowed either time. I also just don’t trust OTM kids. He has a good frame though.
UT leading for him big right now.
If Auburn lands him though “he’s great and will be program changer.”

Forgive my ignorance, what is OTM?

“Over the mountain” a term used to describe people who live in Vestavia, Homewood, Hoover, or Mountain Brook.
I find it funny that a large portion of the metro area is categorized a certain way.

Ah ha I see. In Trinidad when you head south of the country they say you are going "behind God's back", meaning undesirables.
When people of the south refer to women of the north its a double entendre.
Most of the second hand cars are fleet cars imported from Japan and are referred to as "foreign used". I just bought a foreign used, etc. They refer to women from the north as foreign used. But its not exactly about cars. You see during WW2 there were 100,000 US soldiers stationed at the naval and air bases in the north of the country......

It’s because we are better than everyone else.
In realistic terms, the “mountain” that is referenced is red mountain. The phrase just separated your schools that are north of the mountain and downtown and such, and all your suburbs as Rig referenced.

Rude. Nitrous and cocaine are much bigger problems.
